Jubilee celebrations ended with the planting of trees

Each happy married couple planted a tree in the park near the building of «Tatmedia».

Today the employees of the Family Center "Kazan" held an unusual celebration of the jubilee of married life, timed to the 100th anniversary of the registrar's offices in Russia. Couples celebrating a gold and diamond wedding gathered for their anniversary in the conference hall of “Tatmedia”. Here they received warm words of congratulations from the deputy of the Kazan City Duma Bildgildeeva Raushaniya Gabdulahatovna and the employees of the Family Center "Kazan", as well as a nostalgic song in a live performance.

Under the sounds of Mendelssohn’s March everyone remembered the moments of the first tremulous dates and the very moment when, under the same march, they entered the solemn hall of the registry office 50 and 60 years ago.

On behalf of the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, each couple received a congratulatory address and a gift. After the celebration in the park near the building of “Tatmedia”, the jubilees planted trees to symbolically convey the warmth of their hearts and the wonderful atmosphere of their relationships to all the inhabitants of our city. For a long time these trees will please Kazan residents and will become a living reminder of today's anniversaries and the warmth, kindness, care and mercy that they gave to the world.

The triumph of the gold and diamond wedding with the planting of trees is a good tradition created by the registrar's offices, and it continues the series of events held by the Kazan Civil Registry Office to its 100th anniversary with dignity.
