On the eve of the New Year, the Department of the Registry Office of Kazan in the Volga region celebrated the "diamond" and "golden" anniversaries of married life.
The coming year 2024 has been declared the year of the family in Russia. The anniversaries of married life have made a great contribution to the preservation and strengthening of family values. Each couple was asked to write wishes on Christmas decorations for future newlyweds who will register marriages in the Volga registry office.
On behalf of the Mayor of Kazan, the anniversaries were presented with a congratulatory address and a monetary gift.
