"More precious than gold": March 6 in the center of "Kazan" family took action
March 6, 2016 from 14:00 to 16:30 Rally, aimed at the formation of a positive family values and the promotion of a strong family based on the "Kazan" family center. The event was held within the framework of the National Project "Personnel reserve" with the support of the Office of Civil Registry Office of the Executive Committee of Kazan, the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Regional Public Organization "Academy of Creative Youth of RT".
In the center of the family, "Kazan" team members of the project "Personnel reserve" was organized an interactive program with the participation of a professional psychologist Alexei Kozlov (vracha psychotherapist, certified specialist in the field of neuro-linguistic programming and hypnosis). More than 150 people participated in the event. They listened to an interesting lecture on interactive strong family values from AA Kozlov, were able to get valuable advice and answers to all their questions.

The highlight of the action was the tour of the "Kazan" family center with access to the observation deck, photographing and surprise from the organizers. Participants and organizers have launched 150 colorful helium balloons with wishes for a happy and long married life under the common cry of "Family - more precious than gold."

The campaign was developed by members of the Republican project "Staff reserve" during the second phase of full-time with the help of professional trainers and using social engineering techniques. In general, the educational process "personnel reserve" involves comprehensive training participants the skills of management and organizational activities, communication skills and stress resistance. The project provides participants with the opportunity of personal contact with well-known politicians, representatives of public authorities and managers.
"Talent Pool" - a unique youth project, implemented by the NGO "Creative Youth Academy of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2009. In six years, the Project has trained about 1,600 people, embodied in the life of more than 40 projects and realized more than 1500 social shares. More than 50 "reservists" were invited to work in the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan state and municipal authorities, more than 60 participants and finalists of the Project were employed in the industrial and commercial sector enterprises and more than 100 headed various associations of the Republic, a fan 60 "reserve" are working in the education system of the Russian Federation.
