 On the eve of mother's Day at the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan solemn presentation of certificates for maternity( family) capital. The event is timed to mother's Day in Russia. By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated January 10, 1998 approved the holiday - mother's Day, celebrated on the last Sunday of November. Joy, beauty, affection, tenderness, wisdom, and advice gives us the mother.

In holiday week in the Registry Office of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, the congratulatory share «Letter to Dear MOTHER» started.
