Today Mother's Day was celebrated in the family center "Kazan". On this day 15 mothers, in whose family second baby recently appeared, received certificate for maternity capital in a solemn ceremony.
State Duma Deputy, Chairman of the Subcommittee on the budgets of extra-budgetary funds, the Committee on Budget and tax Airat Zakievich Farrakhov congratulated Kazan mothers and gave them a certificate and gifts.
