The boy who was born in close-knit family of Vasily and Anastasia Kamenshchikovs became the «one-thousand» kid. Happy parents have called the son by the strong, sonorous name of the Greek origin – Kirill, meaning «Mister» or «Lord».

Honorary guest of the event was the Deputy of the Kazan city Duma, the General Director of JSC Kazan plant "Electropribor" Pavel Shatsky. From his hands the boys got their first important document – the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation and gifts.
