The electronic application for registration of marriage for Nizhnekamsk newlyweds

In Nizhnekamsk becomes popular a new service – submission of the electronic application for marriage registration which excludes need of visit of department the Registry office for confirmation of the personality and signing of the paper copy of the application. It is unconditional advantage to those citizens who are in the different cities, the countries, and have no opportunity to submit the joint statement to the terms established by the law.  

To use advanced service, both applicants have to be registered on the Uniform portal of the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan by uslugi.tatarstan.ru. The statement has to be certified by a simple digital signature of each of future spouses. To receive a simple digital signature, it is necessary to be registered on the Uniform portal of state services of the Russian Federation (USIA), to enter the required information and to wait for passing of automatic verification of the entered data on databases of FMS and PFRF. Login and the password from a portal of state services of the Russian Federation will be a simple digital signature.

In total during introduction of new service, in Nizhnekamsk 104 applications have been submitted, and it means that the groom and the bride will come to department the Registry office only on a ceremony in day of the registration.
