Yesterday in the Family Center "Kazan" patriotic and very significant for 13 children, who just turned 14 years old, event was held - the solemn delivery of the passport of a citizen of Russia. It is no coincidence that this celebration took place on the eve of the great holiday for our Motherland - Victory Day.
The deputy of the Kazan City Duma, the chairman of the board of directors of LLC "Information Systems" Marat Gabdulgazovich Bikmullin, congratulated the children with the big event. He gave the children gifts in memory of the fact that today they have become full citizens of their country. In his congratulations, he noted that being a citizen is a great honor, that it is the duty of every citizen to protect, love and cherish his Motherland.
Also, a veteran of the Afghan war and a participant in the liquidation of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, a retired major of air forces Munir Isayetdinovich Khayrutdinov addressed young Russian citizens. In the congratulatory address, he noted the importance of the event for children and the need for patriotic education of the younger generation for Russia: remembering the great events of past years is the basis of the moral order, the duty of every person living on the territory of the Russian Federation.
