The first twins of 2017

In Department the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district was the first twins 2017года. Newborn babies are born as the third and fourth child in the family.

Employees of the Department of the Registrar congratulated the happy father with the birth of the twins and presented first ever kids documents – birth certificate.

Parents of newborns were the spouses Natalia and Vladimir Pancheva from the city of Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan.
