Round table

The exchange of experience between departments the registry office is one of the important aspects of the work. 20 Dec 2016 wedding at the Palace Leninogorsk held a round table "Exchange of experience as the impetus for professional growth and development" together with colleagues of the registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district and Department of the Registrar of Bugulma municipal region.

Before the meeting, the guests were not a big tour of the Palace building: showing it working (client) and the official part, as well as an archive of Leninogorsk registry office.

With welcoming speech to the guests were welcomed by the Deputy head of Executive Committee of municipal formation of "Leninogorsky municipal district" RT Druk Vladimir, he congratulated all the employees of the Registrar's office on their professional holiday.

The head of the Registrar of IK MO "Leninogorsky municipal district" Minnigalimov Elena Yakovlevna joined the congratulations and presented the colleagues with experts led by her Department, has shared his teaching and organizational experience in various aspects of the work in the field of the Registrar. The head of the registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district Makhotin Bella Ivanovna, told about the activities of her office. Deputy Sagitova G. I. presented to the audience a presentation and a report about the active work of the Management on activities aimed at promoting the strengthening of the family institution and plans for the future.

Expert of Department the registry office of Leninogorsk Yunusova S. A., in turn, presented the report and presentation, during which the guests got acquainted with the history of the city, with the activities of the Department. The analysis of statistical data on registration of acts of civil status from 2012-present. Colleagues got acquainted with the activities conducted by the Department, on the work aimed at raising the prestige of the family, preservation of family values and family traditions, education of youth in the field of family and civil law.

During the meeting, three district discussed the practical side of the work in the field of registration of civil status acts, together considered some of the current issues, shared experiences.

According to roundtable participants, these meetings are not only constructive communication for the exchange of experience and improvement of professional level, but also educational trip. Colleagues stressed that such visits are necessary because they give the opportunity to learn the styles and methods of work of colleagues, to look at the work of other departments of the registry office to conduct a comparative analysis and learn from the experience. I hope that such meetings will continue in the future, exchange of opinions and experiences always contributes to the development and progress!
