"Ak kalfak" is gaining momentum

Women's public organization "AK kalfak", created in Zainsk half a year ago, taking part in all activities in the area. Today the club members once again gathered for their meeting in which they discussed issues of increasing the role of the public organization "AK kalfak in the education of the younger generation, preservation, study and development of the language and culture of the Tatar people, its customs and traditions. The next event will be a holiday tea, timed to the Day of older persons. Preparations have already begun. Next week the club members will gather at the Central library to retrieve the master class in sewing and embroidery of the kalfak, which is the ornament of all the holiday events and the attribute of the clothes of the Tatar women.
