Production meeting with the secretaries of rural settlements

    On April 20 at the registry office of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district was held a production meeting with the secretaries of the 23 rural settlements.
     During the meeting the sides discussed issues of discipline, issues of state registration of acts of civil status, are considered mistakes and violations made by the state registration of acts of civil status.
    Chief specialist Natalia Gurina spoke about the changes in the automated information system "AIS-Registrar's office" and drew attention to the deadlines for timely death registration.
At the meeting special attention was paid to the popularization of electronic services among the population of Zelenodolsky municipal district.
In the end all secretaries was distributed information concerning the state registration of acts of civil status on the information boards by the Executive committees of rural settlements.
