Ceremonial presentation of passports to young citizens who have reached 14 years of age, was held today in the family Center "Kazan"

On this day, seven students received the first passport.

Honorary guests of the event were the member of the faction "United Russia" in Kazan city Duma, the head physician of children's polyclinic №7, Taisa Myrzahanova Chernov and the Deputy of the Kazan city Duma, Dean of the law faculty of Kazan Federal University Liliya Talgatovna Bakulina.

Taisa and Myrzahanova Liliya Talgatovna congratulated the team on this landmark event in their lives. "Today you get your main state document – the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation, they said. – This document is your passport into an adult, independent life. Remember that the passport not only confirms your rights, but also a great responsibility: to assume civil liability and to correctly set priorities for own life. I wish you always to remember that the great citizen of Russia is the highest rank that you have, you must honor to carry him through his entire life!".

The ceremony was attended by the Deputy chief of Department UFMS of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan in the Moscow district of Kazan Ilfir Rishatovich Sabirzyanov.

Together with the passport to each of the young participants were also given a keepsake copies of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the hall there was an atmosphere of celebration, it was nice to see a young, handsome and joyful person.
