In the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district was presented the 15,000th certificate for maternity capital

 On 18 February of 2016 in the Wedding Palace, was held a ceremony of name- giving. In the family of Ilnur and Liliya was born a boy. Parents called him the beautiful East name "Saeed", which translated from Arabic language - "happy".

Specialists of the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district in the main hall presented to Gilfanovy’s family the first document of the baby – his birth-certificate. Happy parents could not hide their joy after the birth of a child, because it is the most beautiful, exciting event in the human life, but the birth of his second baby – a doubly significant event.  In their family are growing up the eldest son - Niyaz.

The head of the Pension Fund of Russia Nizhnekamsk region and Nizhnekamsk Larisa Semenova congratulated Ilnur and a Liliya with a second child and awarded the State certificate for maternity capital, which was the 15,000th in Nizhnekamsk. The head of the Registry office Bella Makhotina, in turn, wished the baby to grow up healthy and become a reliable support and pride of his parents.
