The appointment of the new head

20 February 2016 at the conference hall SKINT Gorky Zelenodolsk city held a report session of the deputies of the Council of Zelenodolsk municipal district, which was attended by the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ildar Gilmutdinov, deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Kamaltynov, Ilshat Ganiev, first Deputy Minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov, Deputy Minister of health of Tatarstan Elena shishmareva. Among the present participants of the session was the head of OSAHS of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal region of Tatarstan Republic M. N. Yakovlev.
The first question on the agenda were the appointment of the head of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district. The deputies unanimously voted for Ayrat Sakhibullin. Last place of work - chief Advisor of Department on work with territories of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. The candidate Zelenodolsk familiar, Airat Kadesovich oversaw the Zelenodolsk municipal district.
The second question session, which was considered by the deputies of the report of the head of Zelenodolsk municipal district Alexander Tygin. His speech, Alexander was devoted to the prospective development plans of the district under the Strategy-2030. According to him, special emphasis should be placed on the formation of human capital, innovative economy development and spatial development. Great prospects carries participation in the program of the priority development zone, where is currently the district receives the application.
Identified the head of the Zelenodolsk and objectives for 2016: continuation of the program of resettlement from emergency housing, the development of business in the village, renovation of dilapidated networks, the repayment of debts for housing and communal services, provision of communication land for large families, implementation of the program years conservation areas. At the end of the speech, the head of the region recalled the main political event of the year – the elections to the State Duma, called upon all citizens to take active part in them.
Russian state Duma Deputy Ildar Gilmutdinov told about the support of the Republic from the Federal centre and stressed that it should be continued.
Finished the session Deputy Chairman of the RT State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, who gave an assessment of the activities of the municipality in 2015 and stressed that, despite the difficulties, the economy of enterprises and farmers worked well. He thanked the employees and urged residents of the city and district to become more actively involved in public life, including the electoral process, which will begin holding primaries on may 22.
