"Valentine's day" is the most beautiful and romantic holiday that is celebrated in Russia and around the world on February 14. This is the day to give Valentines and writing love letters.
So, on the eve of Valentine's Day in the lobby of the building Department the registry office of the Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district was placed a poster "happy Valentine's Day" made by members of the Department. In the hearts located on the poster future newlyweds and the REGISTRAR's office visitors gladly wrote love letters and left their greetings with "happy Valentine's Day!"
