25 January 2016 at the meeting of the leaders of the city were made a report by the head of Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district Bella Makhotina on a theme "Key indicators of family-demographic situation in the Nizhnekamsk municipal district in 2015."

Bella Makhotina said that in 2015 were made 10 297 Assembly records, 3950 - registered newborns, 2097 pairs signed their marital Union. In addition, the residents have registered their relationship with the citizens of Belgium, Bulgaria, Egypt, Israel, Italy, Cuba, the leading position occupied by citizens of Turkey – 6 registration of marriage. By the end of 2015 the number of divorces dropped by 13% and amounted to 1138 acts.

30 November 2015 in the city was started the municipal project to the anniversary of "150 thousandth child to the 50th anniversary of Nizhnekamsk". Since the Foundation of the city was born 147 723 baby.

In the Registry office for the third year in conjunction with the Department of education operates a large scale municipal project "Responsible parenthood" during the academic year schools classes "ABC family education", "To be a family". In the framework of "School of young family" project the Registry office is actively working with young couples. "In 2015, our experience was studied and approved at the Republican pedagogical readings and on the Board of the Registry office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Tatarstan Republic", - said Bella Makhotina.
