Meeting in a small Board Department the registry office of the Executive Committee Zainsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

27 January 2016, was held the eighth meeting of the small Board of the Department the registry office of the Executive Committee of Zainsk municipal district with the agenda "on the activity of state registration of acts of civil status in Zainsk municipal district in 2015 and 2016". The meeting was chaired by V. G. akatiev Deputy Head of Zainsk municipal district, I. F. Khafizov Head of Executive Committee of Zainsk municipal region. At the meeting were invited Deputy heads of Executive committees of rural settlements, heads of departments of the Council and of the Executive Committee, heads of the territorial services of the city. The main report was made by the head of the registry office G. I. Valishina. Was a detailed analysis of the demographic situation in the district, summed up the activities for 2015 and announced objectives for 2016. Supplementary report was made by the Deputy head of the Executive Committee Gulbinsko rural settlement M. F. Rayanova "On execution of powers for state registration of acts of civil status in the Executive Committee Gulbinsko rural settlement". Following the meeting, small Board, the decision was made.
