The ceremony of name-giving of the first newborn in 2016 year in the Registry Office of Nizhnekamsk region

January 14 in the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk took place the ceremony of naming the first newborn of Nizhnekamsk in 2016.

In family Isanaevy was a joyful event – was born a son, who was named rare name Arslan, that means in Turkic language “lion”. Arslan became the second long-awaited child in the family, first children in family of Alsu and Aidar is daughter – Adelina.

In the hall of Wedding Palace of Nizhnekamsk municipal district parents were handed with birth-certificate of Isanaev Arslan Aidarovich. At the ceremony Arslan was officially declared a citizen of the Russian Federation. 

The main guests of the name-giving were the deputy chairman of joint organization of Public Company “Nizhnekamskneftekhim ” Elena Velic, and the representative  of the Butyl Rubber plant Rozaliya Gosmanova. They congratulated parents upon their happiness and made good gifts. The deputy of the head of the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district Guzel Sagitova congratulated new parents and wished newborn health, a peaceful childhood full of joy and happiness, new discoveries and memorable experiences.
