In the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district finished professional contest “The specialist of the year”

From February of 2015 year in the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district was started the contest “The specialist of the year”.

 To recognize the best specialist was developed a special rating system, where main criteria for evaluation of Registry office staff were: “executive discipline”, “complains and reprimands”, “encouragement and thanks”, allow emphasizing note-esteems and achievements. All of these points helped to see weaknesses for training and for additional motivation to self-development of worker.

December 29 in the ceremonial hall of Wedding Palace the professional competition was summed up. According to the highest marks the best specialist of the Registry office became Nurieva Venera.

The Head of the Wedding Palace, Bella Makhotina, congratulated the victress and emphasized her high professional skills, competence, diligent performance of their duties and handed a diploma and statuette.
