The unique program of restorative mediation "Save the family" was launched for couples able to divorce

      Promising project received a grant of Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan initiated by the registry office in the city of Kazan, together with the CECOS "Trust" the Committee for Children and Youth Affairs. The project is aimed at preventing divorce and family preservation.

        We invite you to family mediation in the Civil Registry Office and the Department for the Volga region weekly on Wednesdays from 14.00 - 17.00!

      In the first meeting of restorative mediation attended by 7 pairs of spouses are able to divorce. They communicated with professional psychologists - mediators with great interest, and interest in innovation in the Office of the registrar. The initial negative attitude of participants in the process of discussions with a mediator changes towards a constructive solution to a family problem. The couple agreed to take part in another conciliatory meeting or during this meeting have restored normal dialogue about the relationship with each other. All the couples in front there is 1 month for the divorce to the registrar. During this period, they have the opportunity to visit a psychologist and get the necessary consultation of employees on the consequences of a divorce registry office. We hope that as a result of the couple will make the right decision and the world will shine again for their bright colors.

        In our country, the practice of mediation to the registrar is almost never used, despite the fact that mediation has been fixed by law as early as 2011. Family mediation is the most mild form of alternative family dispute resolution, leading to the disintegration of families, the mediator creates the conditions so that the parties went into dialogue with each other and realized the need to find a solution to the problem and save the family.
