The results of the nationwide day of reception of citizens in the registry office in the city of Kazan

Yesterday, December 14, 2015 from 12 to 20 pm local time, in accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation held nationwide day of reception of citizens.

Reception of citizens was held at the registry office in Kazan (ul.Meridiannaya, 4), and the Department of Civil Registry Office of Kazan in the Volga region city of Kazan (ul.R.Zorge, d.89).

The issues which were addressed by citizens to the leadership of the Office concerned the problematic issues of making changes and corrections to the long-drawn assembly records, restoring family ties, obtaining documents from the State and abroad.

As part of receiving all addressed the applicants provided the necessary legal assistance to one application is directed to the proper while notifying the applicant and the explanation of the decision.

Applicants who are in compliance with the legislation on civil status documents can not be provided services in organahZAGS, it recommended go to court.
