December 14, 2015 held nationwide day of reception of citizens

In accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation annually starting from December 12, 2013, the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation held nationwide day of reception of citizens.

The third reception of citizens nationwide will be held on December 14, 2015 12 hours 00 minutes to 20 hours 00 minutes local time.

At the registry office of the Executive Committee of Kazan reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities on matters within the competence of the civil status, will be:

In accordance with Federal Law №143-FZ "On Civil Status Acts" core activities of the Office of the registrar is to register acts of state: birth, marriage, divorce, paternity, adoption (adoption), change the name, make changes and corrections, deaths . Also in the archive of the Office of the registrar issued documents: evidence of repeated and certificates of registration of acts of civil status.

 From 12 hours 00 minutes to 20 hours 00 minutes, December 14, 2015 local time carried out personal reception of applicants who came to the Department on matters within the competence of civil status:

and provide the applicant with the agreement of personal conversion as a video, audio link to the authorized persons of other bodies whose competence includes the solution set out in the oral treatment of issues.

Personal reception is held in a queue in the provision of identity document (passport).

If taking into account time zones, the possibility of a personal appeal of the applicants in the mode of video, audio link to the authorized persons of authorities within whose competence the decision set out in the oral treatment of issues not provided, within 7 working days after the nationwide day of reception of citizens, or in other convenient dates for these applicants will be provided with the opportunity for personal reference to the relevant authorized persons.

Time, date and place of the receiving mode in the video, audio link these applicants are informed within 3 working days after the date of reception of citizens nationwide.
