In the registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district young citizens of Russia was handed passports

1 December in the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal district 14 children became competent citizens of Russia Federation. It is very symbolic, that handing of a passport takes place at the Registry office, where 14 years ago everyone got their first document - the birth certificate.  In the solemn atmosphere, in the presence of the parents and guests of city, children were handed the main document in life – The passport of Russia Federation citizen.

Patriotic songs and poems opened the solemn event that then turned into short historical review, which lifts the veil in the history of passport.  It was interested and useful for children to know, how, when and where the passport was appeared, whom and why it was given. The young people were able to test themselves on the civic maturity, had taking part in historical quiz. The chief specialist of Department of FMS of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of Nizhnekamsk – Lyudmila Balashova addressed to young citizens of Russia with a speech, congratulated them upon their festive event and handed passports.

We can confidently say that with their inherent energy and enthusiasm, knowledge and skills these children will do everything necessary for the prosperity of Nizhnekamsk and Nizhnekamsk municipal district.
