On this day, 13 certificates were issued to families in which the second and third born children. The ceremony was attended by Head of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Moscow district of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Nekhoroshkov. He solemnly handed over the certificates and congratulated the parents with the completion of their families and wished good health, success and prosperity. Also congratulated the happy parents "Avtogradbanka" Xenia Olokina, which presented them with souvenirs.
After the event, all participants were photographed for memory.
