On October 16 in the registry office of Nizhnekamsk took place a festive passports handing

   On October 16, 2015 in the Registry office of municipal district of Nizhnekamsk city took place the official presentation of Russian Federation passports to teenagers. 10 young peoples of Nizhnekamsk became the citizen of the Russian Federation. Each of them had got their rights and duties, specified in Constitution.   A citizen of Russia – the highest rank that a person receives at birth. It is very symbolic that this momentous event - the presentation of a passport – takes place at the registry office. 14 years ago everyone got their first document - the birth certificate. Solemn handing passports were granted to the chief specialist expert of Department of Federal Migration Service of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of Nizhnekamsk - Shahpazova Gulnaz. She addressed to them with a solemn, important speech. Joining to the parents, the Head of Nizhnekamsk orphanage Yuliya Kriventsova congratulated newly made citizens of the Russian Federation and appealed to children with a parting word.
