The solemn ceremony of name giving a newborn took place in the Registry office of Nizhnekamsk municipal region

 The festive ceremony of naming a young inhabitant of Nizhnekamsk were held in the office of the Registrar of Nizhnekamsk region on 2 October 2015. The birth of Arthur was waited impatiently by his parents, and grandparents. Airat and Liliya is growing up their daughter, who also eagerly waited for birth of little brother and now, is mastering the role of big sister and helper. During the ceremony of naming Arthur was announced as the citizen of the Russian Federation, and his parents were presented with the first document of son - birth certificate. Leading the ceremony were handed to the parents of Arthur a " Certificate, for who was born in  Nizhnekamsk", expressing the hope that young resident of the city will become the successor of the good deeds and traditions of the citizens of Nizhnekamsk.

Liliya Garaeva any one year worked as an accountant in the administration of Nizhnekamsk region, and therefore, the specialists of the registry office was doubly pleased to congratulate Airat and Liliya on this momentous occasion. The head of Department the Registry office Bella Makhotina appealed to young parents with congratulatory words and presented them with a commemorative gift.
