Acting president of Republic Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, attended the opening of a multifunctional center in the village of Nizhnekamsk’s district - Upper Uratma

Within the framework of his working visit to Municipal district of Nizhnekamsk the acting president, Rustam Minnikhanov, took part in the opening of a multifunctional center in the village of Nizhnekamsk’s district - Upper Uratma on 29 July. This center, on the basis of which are located the Farmhouse of Culture and library, is built in the framework of Republican program “Country clubs”. In new center will be organized the work of 12 creative associations for all, also here will be held solemn events of registration, name giving, and festive anniversaries.

The staff of House of culture and villagers warmly welcomed the honored guests, preparing bright concert program. The Head of Municipal district of Nizhnekamsk, Aidar Metshin, congratulated citizens with a joyful event and thanked leadership of the Republic for the daily support. In turn, the acting president of Republic Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, shared his impressions and marked, that the most important – when people are happy.
