On Constitution Day, the presentation of passports
On December 12, on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation, an event dedicated to the solemn presentation of passports to young citizens of Russia, those who turned 14 years old, was held at the Wedding Palace in Leninogorsk. What is the Constitution? This is the foundation of the state, the document that lays the foundations for what the life of its citizens will be like... this is the basic law of our state. Each state also has mandatory state symbols: the national coat of arms, flag, anthem and Constitution. And what is a passport? A passport is a document that not only certifies the identity of the owner, but also confirms his citizenship. The solemn event dedicated to the presentation of passports was opened by Marat Nilevich Girfanov, Head of the Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk Municipal District municipality, Secretary of the Leninogorsk local branch of the UNITED RUSSIA Party. He congratulated the children and their parents on this significant day and handed over passports to 21 young citizens of the Russian Federation. Also, from the United RUSSIA Party and the youth organization Movement of the First, the children were presented with memorable gifts and brochures - the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Then nominal scholarships from the head of the city of Leninogorsk were awarded to 10 young residents of Leninogorsk and Leninogorsk district, who take an active part in the creative and social life of the city and district. Lilia Ilgizovna Yunusova, Head of the Migration Department of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Leninogorsk district, Adviser to the GGS of the Russian Federation of the 1st class, also delivered a congratulatory speech. The solemn event was accompanied by a performance by young artists. The holiday was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
