On November 02, 2023, in the registry office department of the executive committee of the Zelenodolsk Municipal district, on the eve of a significant holiday – National Unity Day, a solemn presentation of passports to young Russian citizens who have reached the age of 14 took place. On this day, 10 schoolchildren received their first adult document in their lives, and their parents and friends came to support the children in this, because this event is a reason for pride. The sounds of the anthem, loud applause from those present – all this emphasized the solemnity of the event, and the festive atmosphere only strengthened the feeling of patriotism and pride for their Homeland that the children had. The head of the OVM of the OMVD of Russia for the Zelenodolsk district, D.S. Kuklev, made a welcoming speech and handed the teenagers the first basic document in their lives. The culprits of the celebration were congratulated by the head of the local branch of the Russian Movement of children and Youth "Movement of the first" Kalistratova V.V.
