On the eve of National Unity Day, the Civil Registry Office department for the Kirov region held an event to issue passports to 14-year-old citizens of the Russian Federation

Receiving your first passport is an important event in a person’s life, and from this day a new stage begins. Being a citizen of the Russian Federation is a high honor and having received a passport, they become full citizens of their country, with all the rights and responsibilities prescribed in the Constitution.

Deputy Head of the Migration Department of Police Department No. 3 “Zarechensky” of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Kazan, Gulchachak Vafina, solemnly presented the first passports and the brochure “The Constitution of the Russian Federation” to the citizens.

Kind words of congratulations were spoken on behalf of the registry office employees to each young citizen.
