Family holiday – a solemn ceremony of handing over passports of citizens of the Russian Federation in the Department of the Registry Office of Kazan in the Volga region
On the eve of the International Family Day, on May 13, 2023, a family holiday was held in the Department of the Registry Office of Kazan in the Volga region - a solemn ceremony of handing over passports of citizens of the Russian Federation.
Obtaining the first passport is a significant event in the lives of young people. This fact marks a new period for young citizens, a period of growing up and independence, since a passport is a legal document certifying the identity of a citizen of any country.
On this day, young citizens were told about the history of the first passport, about their rights and obligations. The inspector of the Migration Department of OP No. 15 "Tankodrome" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan took part in the passport presentation ceremony. Together with the passport, each of the children was handed a brochure of the main law of the country – the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The joint participation of relatives and relatives, parents of children in such holidays, becomes a family asset, contributes to the strengthening of family values.
