Handing over passports at the Kazan Family Center
Today is a special day for 8 children of Kazan – this is the day of entry into the time of civic maturity, the day on which they received a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. The solemn event was held on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day at the Kazan Family Center.
Marina Cheremisova, inspector of the Migration Department of the police Department No. 7 «Gagarinsky» of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Kazan, addressed the guys with words of congratulations. She noted that getting a passport is the first, serious step into adulthood. She wished to take care of the issued document, worthily bear the high title of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
At the end of the solemn event, a general photo was taken. The guys, inspired and joyful, left the Kazan Family Center, tremblingly holding their first document in their hands – a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
