On February 14, 2023, a festive event dedicated to St. Valentine's Day was held in the Department of the Registry Office of Kazan in the Volga region.
This day is another reason to tell your loved ones about your feelings and feel the festive atmosphere together. A photo zone was organized for the newlyweds. During the wedding ceremony, couples were asked to choose a "valentine" with ready-made wishes or write their own, and then place it on the wish board. Employees of the registry office department presented each couple with a small sweet gift in the shape of hearts.
