On November 29, the Kirov registry office of Kazan opened its doors to gold and diamond newlyweds who celebrated their 50th and 60th wedding anniversaries

The honor ceremony was attended by children, grandchildren and friends of the heroes of the day. Gold and diamond newlyweds remembered how they signed in the book of acts of civil status and received the first family document from the hands of a registry office worker.

On behalf of the Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin, the couples were presented with a congratulatory address and a cash gift. At the solemn ceremony, the couple told the stories of their acquaintance, the secrets of family happiness and family values. Good wishes were addressed to each family.
