Specialists of the Registry Office Department of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk Municipal District carry out activities aimed at preserving family values and traditions in two official languages of the Republic of Tatarstan. On the eve of the International Mother Tongue Day, a solemn ceremony of awarding a birth certificate was held at the Zelenodolsk Perinatal Center. The ceremony was held in the Tatar language. The young spouses Sharafutdinovs Rifat and Reseda became parents for the first time. The chief specialist of the Registry Office, Leyla Khabirova, with words of congratulations, handed over to the happy mom and dad the first main document of daughter Ralina - a birth certificate. We wish the baby and her parents a bright future, health and longevity.
