Birth certificates for Ibrahim and Ahmad were received by the mother of the kids, Idrisova Reseda. The heroes were born on January 27 in one of the city's maternity hospitals. For the spouses, the boys became the third and fourth children in the family: Ruslan and Reseda are already raising six-year-old Sultan and two-year-old Maryam.
