The young people were congratulated on the important event by the deputy head of the migration department of the police department No. 12 "Gvardeysky" of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Kazan, police Major Denis Pavlov, the head of the department for events at the Kazan Family Center Olga Nikolaeva, as well as their parents and relatives.

10 young men and women in a solemn atmosphere received the most important document in the life of every person – a passport. The host of the celebration Guzel Mukhutdinova held a quiz, where students showed their knowledge of the history of Russia. From the migration department of the Sovetsky district of Kazan, everyone was presented with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and sweet gifts from the Civil Registry Office of Kazan.
