3 young Kazan families became owners of state certificates for maternity capital. Head Of the FIU Department of the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan Arslanova Flida Zufarovna together with the head of the registry Office of Kazan Minnullina Rimma Shamilyevna presented certificates and congratulated the families on the holiday, wished them love, kindness and happiness.

A bright decoration of the holiday was the performance of the young artist Fatkullina Dilyara with the song «Daisies».
