Shrovetide in the Leninogorsk municipal district

Throughout the Russian tradition, Shrovetide was considered a celebration of newlyweds. It was a good sign to schedule a wedding on Shrovetide. The people still have the expression: «Lifе – like clockwork ...». In the registry office of the Executive Committee of the municipality «Leninogorsk Municipal District» of the Republic of Tatarstan, 7 couples registered their marriage in Shrovetide week.

Shrovetide is leaving, and with it winter. Spring comes into its own. And I would like to wish the newlyweds who started a family on Shrovetide week so that their married life was long and happy.
