In a festive atmosphere, five mothers of the Kirovsky district of Kazan were awarded certificates for maternity capital

Their owners were families in which replenishment occurred in 2019: Azalea, Almira, Milan, Tagir and Dilyara were born.

Olesya Dyachenko, Deputy Head of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Kirov District of Kazan, congratulated the parents and presented each mother with a certificate. She also said that in accordance with the Federal Law «On Additional Measures of State Support to Families with Children», maternity capital can be spent on improving the living conditions of the family, getting children’s education, or on mother’s pension savings.

An employee of the registry office told parents about the meaning and origin of the name of each child and congratulated the parents on the upcoming New Year 2020.
