In Zelenodolsk Perinatal Center, a solemn ceremony of awarding a birth certificate was held. In a young family Romanenko was born the first child-daughter Victoria. The chief specialist of the registry office L. khabirova with words of congratulations handed the happy parents the first main document of the baby-birth certificates.
