Solemn presentation of birth certificates and certificates for maternal (family capital), dedicated to mother's Day
Today in the registry office Department with the participation of the Head of the Executive Committee of the Zainsky municipal district Hafizov Ilnar Fanilevich for 11 Zain families, a solemn presentation of certificates for maternal (family) capital was held.
Three young families registered the birth of their firstborn and in a solemn ceremony received a birth certificate of the babies. They received many warm words from the Head of the Executive Committee.
Pupils of the kindergarten «Bell» congratulated families with concert numbers. State certificates for maternal (family) capital are issued by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation In Zainsk district and Zainsk RT within the framework of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2006 №256-FZ "on additional measures of state support for families with children". Since the beginning of 2007, 3,712 certificates have been issued. In 2019, 164 families received certificates. The funds of the maternal (family) capital can be directed to: improvement of housing conditions; education of children; increase of the future pension of the mother; receiving a monthly payment (provided to low-income families); purchasing goods and services intended for social adaptation and integration into society of children with disabilities. The main direction of the use of maternity capital by families in the Zainsky district is the improvement of housing conditions: partial repayment of the mortgage or purchase of housing.
