November 21, seven mothers of the Kirov district of Kazan were solemnly awarded certificates of maternity capital
The event was held at the Moskovsky Cultural Center as part of a nationwide campaign for the solemn presentation of certificates for maternity capital, dedicated to Mother's Day.
The head of the Office of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Kirovsky District of Kazan, Safina Guzel Ildarovna congratulated parents on replenishment of the family and handed each mother a maternity certificate, and also said that in accordance with the Federal Law «On Additional Measures of State Support to Families with Children» maternal capital may be spent on improving the living conditions of the family, getting the education of children or the pension savings of the mother.
Regularly, the Kirov department of the Civil Registry Office of Kazan, together with the Pension Fund Administration for the Kirov District of Kazan, hold celebrations for mothers who have a second and subsequent child. The employees of the registry office and the Pension Fund department wholeheartedly congratulated their parents on the wonderful title that their children gave them: the titles MOM and PAPA.
