Delivery of passports
Today is a special day for 14 children of Kazan-the day of entry into the era of civil maturity, the day in which they received a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. The solemn event was held in the family Center «Kazan».
Yuri Kachalov, head of the migration Department of the police Department No. 11 «Voskhod» of the Ministry of internal Affairs Of Russia in Kazan, addressed the children with words of congratulations. He noted that obtaining a passport is the first serious step into adulthood. He wished to treat the issued document with care, to bear the high rank of a citizen of the Russian Federation with dignity.
At the end of the solemn event, a General photo was taken. Children inspired, joyful left the center of the family «Kazan», tenderly holding in their hands their first document-a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
