Solemn presentation of certificates on maternal (family) capital in Zainsk municipal district
Today, thirteen families in Zainsk the registry office was held a solemn presentation of certificates for maternity (family) capital, with the participation of Head of Executive Committee of Zainsk municipal district Khafizova Ilnar of Vasilevicha.
In their address sounded a lot of warm words from the Head of the Executive Committee and head of the registry office Gulfiya Valishina. State certificates for maternal (family) capital are issued by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation In Zainsk district and Zainsk RT within the framework of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2006. No. 256-FZ "on additional measures of state support for families with children". Since the beginning of 2007, 3,670 certificates have been issued.
In 2019, 122 families received certificates. The funds of the maternal (family) capital can be used to: improve housing conditions; educate children; increase the future pension of the mother; receive a monthly payment (provided to low-income families); purchase goods and services intended for social adaptation and integration into society of children with disabilities. The main direction of the use of maternity capital by families in Zainsk district is the improvement of housing conditions: partial repayment of mortgages or purchase of housing.
