The third twins from the beginning of the year are registered in the registry office of the Executive Committee of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The birth of twins has always been considered a miracle, a gift from God. Such a happy event happened in the Stepanov family. Victoria and Xenia - such beautiful names gave their newborn children happy parents. Civilian registry office specialist Suhih P.K. congratulated the happy parents and presented the first official document of Victoria and Xenia - a birth certificate.
