Young parents Igor and Anna have chosen the popular old Slavic name «Yaroslav» meaning «Bright for the son, glorified». And the name for the child of the spouse was chosen in advance, long before his birth.
In a festive atmosphere specialists of the Registry Office have handed Igor and Anna Ugolnikov the birth certificate of the son, the congratulatory address from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgaliyevich Minnikhanov and a congratulatory card from the head of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, the mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aydar Raisovich Metshin. In the presence of numerous relatives, grandmothers and grandfathers, Yaroslav has been solemnly declared the citizen of the Russian Federation.
