On this holiday, 14-year-olds became full citizens of their country.
On December 12, the Family Center "Kazan" solemnly celebrated the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation by presenting the first passports to young citizens. 14-year-olds gathered in the golden hall to get their very first passport. From that moment they became full citizens of their country, they received new rights and duties, the main of which is to cherish and love their Motherland, live and work for the good of their country.
The celebration was attended by the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Roza Zabbarova. She congratulated the children on the holiday, thanks to which today we proudly call ourselves Russians, we can work, dream and live freely and fairly. Also an important event in the life of the children was congratulated by an assistant to the deputy of the Kazan City Duma, deputy of the Kazan branch of the organization "Young Guard" Elmir Insapov.
For every Russian, the Constitution is the guarantor of rights and freedoms, opens up scope for the realization of personal initiative, independence and creativity. It was this holiday that became their personal starting point in an interesting and productive activity as a citizen of Russia for the children.
