On October 16, 2019, a festive event «We are citizens of Russia» – a ceremony of handing passports to 14 - year-old citizens of the Russian Federation-took place in the registry office of the Volga region of Kazan

Obtaining a passport is an important and responsible step in the life of every citizen of the Russian Federation. With obtaining a passport comes the understanding of their own growing up, awareness of themselves as individuals, self-confidence. Passports to children were handed over by employees of OVM OP No. 15 «Tankodrom» UMVD of Russia across Kazan. Specialist of Department the registry office gave the children gifts.
